At Physicspath.lk, we strive to provide the highest quality educational experience. Since our services involve digital content and live sessions, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if requested before the commencement of the relevant course or batch. Once a student has accessed live sessions or class recordings, the payment becomes non-refundable.
2. Technical Issues
If a student is unable to access a session due to a verified technical fault from our side, we will either provide a recording of the session or credit the balance toward a future class.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout (via PayHere).
